PEPPERMINT MOCHA
Start to Finish: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of strongly brewed coffee made from clean coffee beans (I like Kion or Bulletproof)
1/4 cup full-fat canned coconut milk (BPA-free)
1/2-1 Tbsp. unsweetened cacao powder
1 scoop collagen peptides
1/2 Tbsp. Bulletproof Brain Octane or MCT Oil
1/2 Tbsp. grass-fed butter or Grass-Fed Ghee
1-2 drops of food-grade peppermint essential oil
Optional: 4-6 drops of liquid stevia or 2-3 tsp. of granulated erythritol
INSTRUCTIONS:
Brew coffee as normal.
Add all ingredients, saving the collagen for last.
Pour the mixture into a high-powered blender and blitz until frothy and creamy.
Pour into a large mug and enjoy!
