CHOCOLATE CHIP BLONDIES
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Cassava Flour
1 1/2 tsp Coconut Flour
1/2 cup Collagen Protein
1/2 tsp Baking Powder (corn-free)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Grass-fed Butter, melted
3/4 cup Lakanto Golden Monkfruit
1 Duck Egg + 1 Duck Egg Yolk
2 tsp Vanilla (alcohol free)
Lily’s Chocolate Chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter.
Grease an 8 inch square glass baking tray with butter or ghee.
In a large bowl, mix melted butter and Lakanto Golden Monkfruit until smooth.
Mix in eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl combine all dry ingredients and then slowly add to the wet mixture.
Add chocolate chips to taste.
Spread evenly in glass baking tray and bake for roughly 22 minutes, or until light golden color appears on top.
